Mark Ballas and Chelsie had the honor of dancing at the Capitol on July 4th for the annual PBS event “A Capitol Fourth!” They danced a slow waltz to Beauty and the Beast sung by American Idol season 7 winner Jordin Sparks and a fun jive to the Million Dollar Quartet!!
