- Just saw Shutter Island with Derek and Mark. That movie is messed up. #
- Took lessons today, then had lunch with @caitlynkinney.. good times good times. #
- Also had a Thai massage, recommendation by @TyPBR, and somehow my neck is still TRASHED from class on tuesday. I'm a little full out

- In physical therapy getting a water massage and watching a movie. It's the beeeest.. #
- Coyotes were howling right outside our door just a minute ago..me and my roomie were freaking out! Ha ha #
- So sad to hear about the Osmonds loss.. God be with the whole family. They will be in my prayers. #
